In my opinion this is an excellent company!They do exceptional work and offer exceptional customer service.We have used them for waterproofing our basement and today (06/17/2020),Ruben and his crew placed a catch basin and drainage pipe to carry water from my gutter away from my house.Ruben, the foreman (especially) and his crew were extremely professional and did a great job.If ever needed again I would request him and his crew to do the job.Ebony in customer service is also extremely professional,proficient,patient and friendly.I would not hesitate to use them again if needed or to recommend this company to anyone needing any services they provide.Thank you Bone Dry!

Bone Dry water-proofed my basement years ago and I never had a problems. But I had a "handyman" install an egress window and well for me after that and it was nothing but problems!
The only solution was to have Bone Dry removed the old and install new. I knew this time it would be done right!
Now I am anxiously looking forward to a heavy rainstorm that I will finally be able to enjoy without the worry of a river running through my basement.
Everyone who worked on this project did such a great job that I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great communication, great service, fair and honest with the process. They even gave me a slight discount after some unforeseen circumstances arose that weren't really their fault. Team who did the job was very friendly to have in the house.
