They have done a series of jobs for my home. They have waterproofed my basement, vapor sealed my crawlspace, and put a french drain along the side of my house. I have had three different jobs done by Bone-Dry and each one was a better experience then the first. I could not recommend them more as a company. I did extensive research the first time I needed waterproofing on almost every waterproofing company in Louisville. I read the BBB reports and called several companies to interview them over the phone before I even asked them to come out for a quote. I had no previous experience with any waterproofing company and to be honest was keeping the bar pretty low for what to expect. When The three companies I had chosen showed up, the first two stayed very much "under" the bar but Bone-Dry blew right over it with the first impression. From the moment the gentleman introduced himself, it was VERY apparent this was going to be a pleasant experience. He really knew his profession, was very polite, took the time to talk to my wife and children and after assessing the issue, actually asked me what I thought. WOW the bar was blown right out of the park. Words will only take you to the first moment hammer meets ground. The Bone-Dry team showed up on time, with the right tools and went right to work. They were very considerate of my family and my home. This can't be overstated. It really felt like they considered my home their home. The first job was the basement waterproofing. They accomplished what they promised they would, ahead of time, and even did a little extra because during the job they discovered something relating to the original problem wrong and fix it. With out a word. They only said something when I asked why the work area was bigger then estimated. To me the most important quality for a business is honesty. I live in a 165 year old home and I have had MANY workers to my home from every profession. Bone-Dry is BY FAR the most honest and friendly group of people you can ever hope to meet. I have had two jobs since then done by Bone-Dry and have had this exact experience every time. You might be reading this saying this can't all be true, but I promise you it is. They will take care of you and your home Forever.

Brandon and Crew were outstanding. They arrived on time, explained the job, and got to work. They took great care to protect the shrubs and keep the dirt and rock contained. They patiently answered questions, were polite and courteous of us and our property.

The Bone-Dry Company and staff have been very professional from our initial call to Gretchen to schedule an appointment to working with Jeff and signing the contract. Then we spoke with Brandon who called a couple of times and even came back to visually check out another concern I told him about before the work began. He returned my call promptly when I called to answer my questions. Today I met Justin who has been so caring and reassuring through this process. He kept me informed periodically as they worked from time to time. Everyone is so professional, knowledgeable and kind. All of the other guys (along with Brandon and Justin) worked steadily throughout the day. I could really see team work and professionalism today. You should be proud of all of them! This will be a huge burden off of me to have a dry garage. Please thank each of them for my husband and I.

The Bone-Dry team has rescued my new home from a disaster to a dream home with the installation of their system! Years of poor maintenance and no effort to mitigate the water problem in the basement had made it an uninhabitable property. Now I can happily and healthily live here.

From start to finish this has been a positive experience. The Bone-Dry Rep came to give an estimate two days after my first call. The date for my work was rushed as requested and the whole team doing the work was great. There are no “slackers” on this crew. This company has absolutely blown me away. From the very first time I saw them at a show at the Convention Center they have exceeded my expectations. I scheduled an appointment with Gretchen at Bone Dry's booth to receive a free estimate on the cost to repair my foundation water leak. She called me before my appointment, answered all of my questions and informed me that Jeff would be coming out to inspect my foundation and provide my estimate. What a pleasure it was to meet him! Jeff was polite and was able to tell us exactly why we had water in our basement and what could be done to fix it PERMANENTLY! The estimate we received was lower than the other companies we had out and their system was far superior to the others as well. When the crew showed up to install our system, Russell the foreman, walked thru the entire installation process with us and answered the questions I had. When I returned home at the end of the day I was amazed. They had completed waterproofing my basement and I could not even tell that they had been there. They had replaced my flowers, cleaned my driveway and even swept my porch! I could not even see any loose dirt in my grass. We have had several rains since they waterproofed my basement and I am now pleased to say that I am having new carpet put in and I have no doubt that it will remain dry thanks to Bone Dry! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of foundation repair. In my opinion, you'd be a fool to call anyone else!

This company is great! I called to schedule an estimate and they were able to work around my schedule and my husband’s schedule. Which was different from the other companies I called. The man that came to my house explained everything in detail, even answering all the little questions about how the system they used would affect my backyard and the fact that were planning to finish our basement. We decided to go ahead with Bone Dry and we are really excited about completing out basement. Our job is scheduled to be done in a couple of weeks and we have been communicating with the staff at the company since the beginning even if it’s just to answer a question we may have. I would recommend this company to anyone.
